• Simply send us an email at support@emergentsll.com explaining your problem and tell us that you would like the ParaPro file sent as an email attachment.  We can easily attach the study guide to an email message.  Make sure to include your full name and order number in your email, otherwise it will delay the request.

2. How else can I obtain a copy of the ParaPro Study guide?

• There are a couple other ways you can obtain a copy of the ParaPro Study Guide:  Ground Mail - You can send a Cashier's Check or Money Order to EmerGents LLC, P.O. BOX 560913, Miami FL 33256-0913.  Enclose a sheet of paper titled, "ParaPro Study Guide", which includes your Full Name, Address, and e-mail address.  Make sure you PRINT CLEARLY.  After receiving your payment, we will immediately mail out the CD-ROM version of the COMPASS Test Study Guide the following business day.  Make Cashier's Checks or Money Orders payable to EmerGents, LLC in the amount of $28.00 ($24.00 + $4.00 S&H). 

3. What should I do if I have problems using the Adobe Acrobat Reader?

• Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.  If you are unsure about whether or not you have the latest version of Adobe, go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and perform the simple download again.
